Data Usage
The only data stored is limited to local settings such as your chosen highlight color or whether the extension is enabled or disabled.
These settings are saved using Chrome’s storage API and remain on your device only.
Permissions
Host permissions are required to detect and visually mark paid ads on Google Search result pages.
Storage permission is used solely for saving your local display preferences.
